These days, it can be a challenge to get up and face the day with a positive attitude.

I get it. I was in a decade of depression for the books and hid it with a smile.

But then I learned about the Science of Happiness, and everything changed as I began consciously maintaining my vibe.

It’s still challenging at times, but things are definitely getting BETTER and brighter.
