Caroline Myss wrote this guided evening meditation and I recorded it and set it to music. Every time I listen to it I sleep more deeply and wake up alert, positive, and ready to take on the day. My meetings go better because I’ve prepared. People tell me it just RELAXES them and helps them to release and restore themselves energetically.
